Vegan Big Mac Smash Tacos

Ingredients
- ground beef vegan
- flour tortillas
- pickles
- 6 slices vegan cheese
- sweet onion, diced
- shredded lettuce
Vegan Big Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 Tbsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix all of your Big Mac sauce ingredients and set aside.
Spread a thin layer of vegan ground beef directly onto each flour tortilla, all the way to the edges.
Heat a little oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Place each tortilla beef-side down and cook until the mince is browned and crispy.
Flip the tortilla, lower the heat, and place a slice of vegan cheese on top. Spray lightly with water and cover with a lid to help melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melty, remove from the pan and top each taco with pickles, diced onion, shredded lettuce, and a generous spoonful of Big Mac sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
