Coriander Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, use gluten-free if needed
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl - taste and season with a little more sugar or salt as you prefer! Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
