4-Ingredient Gravy (GF)
SERVES 4 AVERAGE PEOPLE or 2 GRAVY LOVERS
1 + 1/2 cup of Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp Miso Paste
2 tbsp Cornflour
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1. Add 1 cup of Vegetable Stock and 1 tbsp Miso Paste to a small saucepan. Turn on Medium Heat to dissolve the Miso Paste. Turn down the heat if it starts to boil.
2. Meanwhile, add 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock, 2 tbsp of Cornflour and 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to a small bowl. Whisk it all together til its smooth, so that there is none sticking on the bottom of the bowl and there are no lumps. It should look like milk with pepper in it.
3. Add the cornflour mix to the saucepan, and continually whisk until the gravy thickens to your desired gravy consistency. Add water if your gravy is too thick!
4. Serve on any/all kind of vegan foods. ENJOY!
